Physical Products (Books, Merchandise) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

• To Cancel: Please email us at returns@littlerobotstories.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• Returns: You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund typically processes within 5-7 days.

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products (E-books, Printables)

• Exceptions: Please note that under UK law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once the download has started. By purchasing a digital product from us, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

• Faulty Digital Files: If the file is corrupted or does not work, please contact us immediately for a replacement link.
